Telehealth Therapy · California

You've been carryingmore than anyoneknows.

Maybe you keep it together on the outside — staying busy, putting everyone else first. But inside, you're exhausted, overwhelmed, or just a little lost. This is the space where you don't have to do that anymore.

About Me

Healing begins when you
feel truly safe & seen.

I'm Tracey Nguyen, and I founded Graceful Presence Therapy Collective with one intention: to offer a space where you feel genuinely safe to be yourself — without performing, without having it all figured out. I work with young adults and adults who are navigating the ways their experiences – family, culture, self-worth – shapes how they see themselves and show up in their relationships.

So much of what brings people to therapy isn't a single crisis — it's the exhaustion and overwhelm from the gradual accumulation of patterns that no longer serve them, the quiet weight of always trying to hold everything together. We didn't choose these patterns. We learned them.

If you've ever felt you're too much and not enough at the same time – you're not alone. We can unlearn what's no longer serving us, build the skills to navigate what's difficult, and show up as our authentic self unapologetically.

Words That Guide This Work

A little inspiration for the road.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

Carl Rogers

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.

Viktor Frankl

You are not broken. You are breaking through.

Alex Myles

Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.

Brené Brown, PhD, LMSW

The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely. And yet it is also the beginning of healing.

Carl Jung

People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying "soften the orange a bit." I watch with awe as it unfolds.

Carl Rogers

Investment in Your Wellbeing

Fees & Insurance

Investing in your mental health is one of the most powerful choices you can make. Please reach out if you have any questions about cost or accessibility.

A note on insurance: I am currently an out-of-network provider. Many clients use PPO benefits for reimbursement — I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit. Please check with your insurance company about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Sliding scaleoptions are available for those facing financial hardship. Please don't hesitate to reach out — accessibility matters to me.

FAQ

Questions you might be
wondering about

If you're asking the question, that curiosity alone is an empowering first step. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply desiring deeper self-understanding — there is space for you here.

I currently offer telehealth sessions via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. This means you can attend sessions from the comfort of your own home, car, or any private space — wherever feels most comfortable and convenient for you.

The first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask some questions about your history, what's been on your mind lately, and what you're hoping for from therapy. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to — we move at your pace.

This really depends on you and what you're working on. Some people find that a focused 3–6 month period is helpful, while others find long-term support more meaningful. We'll check in regularly about your progress and adjust as we go — you're in control.

Yes — what you share stays between us. There are a few legal limits to confidentiality, such as a risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected child/elder/dependent adult abuse, and court orders. We'll discuss this during our first session so you know what to expect.

At this time, I am only able to provide therapy to clients who are residents of California, as this is where I am licensed. If you're outside of California, I encourage you to reach out to a therapist licensed in your state.

That's such an important question, and I appreciate you thinking about it! If at any point you feel like we're not the right fit, I will support you in finding someone who is. Your well-being comes first.
